Q: Do you green clean and what type of solution do you use?​

A: Yes, we use green cleaning and environmentally-safe cleaning solutions and equipment.  Please contact us for more details or to learn more.

 

Q: How long does it take to for the damaged carpet section to dry?  

A: It takes roughly 2-3 hours for the damaged carpet section to dry depending on the carpet and condition.

 

Q: What carpet-cleaning method do you use?  

A: We use a steam-drying method that is quick drying.

 

Q: Do you move furniture during your cleaning jobs?  

A: Yes, we will move furniture to protect it from further damage. 

 

Q: Is the Kleen 'N' Team Licensed, certified, bonded, and insured?

A: Yes! Our team members have been trained to help you and are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

Q: Do you dry clean?

A: Yes! We offer dry cleaning services.

Q: What are your hours of operation/service?  

A: Our Office Hours are weekly from 9 am to 5 pm with appointment times widely flexible to meet your availability. 

Q: Are you on-call for emergencies?  

A: Yes, our team is on call 24/7 for all cleaning emergencies.  Please call 434-977-7767 if you have a cleaning emergency and we can respond within 60 minutes or as available (emergency pricing may apply)
