Wednesday morning the crew showed up, three maids, a supervisor (Bobby), and a few other men to help. (I had only asked for the maids and they brought these "extra" men to blow the leaves in my yard for FREE, just because they knew I was a cancer survivor, recovering from surgery, and struggling.

The house was cleaned from ceiling to floor, along with moving ALL of my furniture out of the way to vacuum and dust the baseboards. Everything sparkled as I like my house to be all the time.

Now, the "SAVING THANKSGIVING" comes in. After all the crew had left for the night, I heated leftovers in the microwave for dinner, not using the range/oven, it had just been cleaned. The following day, Thursday, (we have our dinner on Friday for a specific reason), I began to make the pies for the BIG meal. Pies ready to go in the oven, I turned it on to preheat and "POP"!!! The oven broke! The mother board (computer brain) was damaged and I panicked. (Panic is not a strong enough word here!) I knew the range and oven had just worked fine on Tuesday night and it was nearly new. I called Bobby, the Supervisor/owner, of Kleen N Team, and explained what had happened. It was 5 pm, and he was just sitting down to his own Thanksgiving dinner. He drove over an hour to my house, understanding that the oven had been damaged by cleaning and also by a design of vents that are no longer used in the back of the oven, which had allowed water or chemicals to reach the mother board. Bobby sprang into action, drove back home, picked up his OWN range/oven and brought it to my house. Unbeknownst to anyone, the stove had also blown part of the 220 breaker, which meant it had to be replaced as well. (electrician needed) So there he and my husband, ALL working, they had moved both stoves into the laundry room to make sure it wasn't a bad plug - Bobby had to remove a door to do so) Close to midnight, we had Bobby's stove/oven up and working, and he finally got to go home to eat a cold Thanksgiving dinner around 2:00 am.

The very next day he was out hunting down a new stove for me (no one would come out to repair mine for the holiday in our area). I managed to use his stove/oven instead, prepare two 21 pound turkeys, the pies, and all else that went with dinner on Friday with help from my family. Bobby called continually to make sure if any other help was needed.

On early Sunday night, Bobby emailed me pictures of another range/oven and asked if he could bring it out to see if I would be interested accepting it in place of the damaged range/oven that was originally here or if I would rather have mine repaired. I said of course, and out came his men and they carried in the replacement stove. It is gorgeous. They removed Bobby's stove, also the damaged stove, and then stayed to make sure the replacement worked to my satisfaction. It did!

I can't say enough about how well they cleaned and also accepted full financial responsibility for the stove/oven incident and did EVERYTHING within their power to make sure that I had my family holiday dinner and other meals and that I was satisfied with the stove he had replaced mine with.

This is beyond what anyone can expect with ANY service industry. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could, but only a 5 is allowed, and will gladly refer any friend or family to them.

One other word, what Bobby did, giving up his OWN range/oven for my convenience, is a very Christian thing to do. It shows that there are still good people in this world and with a little patience and Prayer, they may be helping you someday as well...
